Generalissima Mora Salino Grindle, a resident of Memphis, Tennessee departed this life on Monday, August 3, 2026. She was 76 years of age. Generalissima was born November 2, 1949, in Mainit, Surigao Del Norte, Mindanao in the Philippines. She is the daughter of the late Vincente Salino Sr. and Justa Mora Salino. Generalissima was an amazing wife, a devoted mother, sister, and aunt, a wonderful grandmother, great grandmother and a loyal friend. She loved her family with all her heart. She leaves behind her husband of 51 years, Marvin L. Grindle. Her daughter Josephine Funk (Ron), and her son Vincent Grindle. Her grandchildren, Shianne (Terrell), Skylar, Courtney (Austin), Cody, and Iris, as well as her great grandchildren Acacia, Remi, Zamir, and Asher. She will be greatly missed.
