Gary Davenport, 67, passed away at St. Francis Hospital Sunday evening, Aug. 17 from complications of advanced esophageal cancer. He has lived with his brother, Larry Davenport of Millington, TN during the last year and a half during his illness. He is survived by his mother, Eva Davenport, 94, of Gloversville, N. Y., his son, Richard Blood and daughter, Kathy Dufel, both of Gloversville, N.Y. and his two brothers, Larry Davenport of Millington, TN and Eugene Davenport of Farmington, AR. An organ donor, Gary''s cremated remains will be sent back to upstate New York where he was born to be scattered across the gravesites of his grandparents, Mae and George Burlingame.
