Gary Carlisle to married Carolyn Hancock Carlisle for 35 years. He had four children: Timothy Carlisle, Jeremiah Carlisle, Faith Patterson, and Angelica Magruder. He had six grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Bennie and Charlotte Shettles Carlisle and his grandparents.
