Eston Earl Proctor died suddenly August 3, 2008 at home in Munford, TN He was "Poppy" to his family, who loved him dearly. He is survived by his devoted wife of 58 years, Mary Alice Tibbs Proctor, one daughter Patty Battles and her husband Cordell Battles, whom he loved like a son. His grandchildren Matthhew and Justin Battles. He was a longtime member of Forestview Church of Christ. He lived his life with character and his word was always wise and true. His laughter lifted us all and will be greatly missed. He always had a story and we loved them all. Services were held August 6, 2008 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home with burial in Northridge Woodhaven cemetery. Memorials may be made to J.H.
