Edward Eugene Williams, age 84, of Millington, TN, passed away on January 1, 2025 after a brief illness at St Francis Bartlett hospital surrounded by his family.  He was born on August 23, 1940 in Memphis, TN to Raymond and Mattie Hanley Williams.

He was preceded in death by Barbara Ann Johnson Williams, his loving wife of 56 years, and their infant daughter Susan Leanne; his parents: Raymond and Mattie Hanley Williams; and sisters: June Garrett Johnson, Dora Lee Spencer; and brothers: Ray "Bubba" Williams, Jerry Wayne Williams.

He is survived by his daughter Dana Ann Stewart (Chris); grandchildren: Emily Leanne and Scott Christopher Stewart; brothers: Robert Williams (Ruth), Tom Williams (Billie Ann), and Johnny Williams (Janice) and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends that loved him dearly.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 7, 2025 from 5-7pm at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.

The funeral service will be Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 1pm at Temple United Methodist Church 4404 Sykes Rd Millington, TN with interment to follow at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association or organization of your choice.
