Douglas Lee Shepherd, 73, of Millington passed away June 23, 2015 at his home surrounded by his family. He leaves his wife of 54 years, Grace; his daughter, Lisa Sarmiento; and his son, Dennis Shepherd, all of Millington. Two precious grandsons that were his pride and joy; Drake Shepherd and Landon Sarmiento. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Audrey Shepherd; brothers, Shep, Bill, Bobby; sisters, Shirley, Diane, and Mary. He is survived by sisters, Frances, Joyce, Marie and many nieces and nephews. Connie, Tammy, Mike, Buck and Jerry held a special place in his heart.

Visitation will be 2 -4 pm Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home with a memorial service at 4 pm.
