Derek Brian Wilburn, 34, died Friday, April 25, 2014 at St Francis Hospital Bartlett. Derek was a musician who enjoyed playing guitar. He loved his children, taking time to play with them delighted him. His survivors include his wife, Thera Lynn Wilburn of Munford; his parents, Brian and Susan Cage Wilburn of Millington; his children,
Madison Long, Daylynn Long, Jace Wilburn, Zoey Jordan, Andrew Wakefield, and Allie Wakefield; his sister, April Wilburn of Millington; his brother, Brandon Wilburn of Millington; grandparents, Earl and Betty Wilburn of Austin, TX; in-laws, Jimmy and Theresa Mitchell of Millington; and grandfather, Johney Hutcheson of Millington. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Thursday, May 1, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Big Creek Cemetery.
