Dennis R. Kratochvil, 63, of Millington, TN formerly of Sandwich, IL, passed away September 28, 2016 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born September 14, 1953, in Aurora, IL to Russell and Elva Bradstreet Kratochvil. Visitation will be Monday, October 3, 2016 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, Millington, TN from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Funeral services will follow at 2.
He was preceded in death by his mother Elva, his grandparents Fred and Anna Kratochvil, and Ross and Emily Bradstreet, and his mother-in-law Nina Brown.
Survivors include his wife of 41 years Mickie Brown Kratochvil, his father Russell Kratochvil of Aurora, IL, one son Randy (Meredith), of Collierville, TN, one daughter Jenny (Brain) of Phoenix, AZ, four grandchildren Wyatt, Seamus, Marie, and Eamon, and his little faithful dog Punkin.
Dennis was an Electrician for Local 461 in Aurora, IL, and a volunteer fireman in Aurora for 20 years. He was a kind and gentle man who loves his family and God. He fought his battle with early Alzheimer''s, seizure, and Parkinson''s with great dignity and faith.
