Danny Kay Hervey answered God's voice when he told him, "Come on home now, you have suffered enough."

Danny Kay "SUG" Hervey was born July 6, 1955, to the late Jack and Georgia Hervey. He accepted Christ at an early age and joined Springhill Missionary Baptist Church of Water Valley, MS. Danny was diehard Pittsburg Stealer's Fan and one of the greatest to ever to fire up a grill. Danny worked as a floor technician at the VA Hospital for 20 plus years. He was proceeded in death by his parents Jack and Georgia Hervey; and one brother Barry Hervey, Danny leaves to cherish his precious memories, a loving and devoted wife Elizabeth "Liz" Hervey. Two daughters Sharnea Hervey (Atlanta, GA) Danielle Hervey (Virginia Beach, VA), four sons Daurieal Hervey, Lamont Hervey (both of Memphis, TN) Scotty Hervey (Jackson, TN) Brodrick Harvey (Memphis, TN) One stepson, Christopher (Carla) Turner, two stepdaughters Stefanie Turner, and Stacey Turner. Five sisters Joyce Ann Wright (Jackson, TN) Hazel Durham (Dayton, OH) Georgia(Joseph) Harris(Houston, TX) Etoil (Donald) Hayes (Coffeeville, MS) Joy (Steve) Brownlee (Vardaman, MS) three brothers Harold (Bobbie) Hervey (Oxford, MS) Jackie (Vicki) Hervey (Duck Hill, MS) Garry Hervey (Jacksonville, FL), three grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends to cherish his memories
