Clemmie Nell Montgomery, 80, of Millington, TN went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday,  March 3, 2025.

Nell's most cherished role was that of a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Family was the center of Nell's life, and she poured her heart and soul into loving and caring for those closest to her. She also was very talented and loved to make beautiful crafts.

Nell was preceded in death by her husband, Police Officer, Robert Montgomery, her parents, Leroy E. And Mattie L. Dye; also, her sister,  Imogene and two brothers, Jerry Lee and Henry Dye.

She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Paula Merritt of Millington and son, Robert Troy Montgomery, Jr. (Missy) of Hot Springs, AR; two grandsons, Chase Merritt (Sarah) and Dalton Merritt; also two great-grandchildren, Lydia and Abigail Merritt and many beloved cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday, March 10 from 9 to 10 A.M. at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home with service immediately following. Burial will be in Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
