Claudean Clayton, 89, died November 15, 2014. She was a member of Ellendale Baptist Church and former member of National Avenue Baptist Church. She is survived by her daughters, Lynn Clayton Langston (Ken); Mary Clayton Baird (Woodrow); and Marsha Clayton Beshears (John); grandchildren, Sherrie Goodwin (Patrick), Jennifer Hamilton (Drew), Zachary Beshears and Kayla Beshears; and four great grandsons. She was preceded in death by her husband, James C. Clayton; son, James Dwight Clayton, and sisters, Dorothy Lewis, Martha Smith, Johnnie Shelton, Jewel Ireland. The family will receive friends at Ellendale Baptist Church 3861 Broadway Rd. Bartlett, Tennessee on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Funeral Services begin at the church at 12:00 p.m. Interment will be at Memorial Gardens in Bartlett. The family requests memorials be sent to Ellendale Baptist Church. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of Foxbridge Assisted Living for their love and care.
