Charles Lee Poindexter, 80, died Monday June 4, 2012 in Memphis, TN. He is survived by his wife: Audry O. Poindexter; sons: Keith N., Larry W. and Autry L. Poindexter; daughter: Teresa L. Ward; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents: Otis and Thelma Poindexter and brother: Hayward Poindexter. Visitation will be held from 5-8 p.m., on Tuesday June 5 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home in Millington, TN. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday June 6 at the funeral home. Interment will be in Northridge Wood-haven Cemetery.
