Charles Allan Brown, 85, died January 31, 2014 in his Millington home. Mr. Brown raised his three step daughters as his own children and was an exceptional husband, father, and friend. His survivors include his wife of 33 years, Janet Brown; five children, Mary (Jeff) Heller of Tallahassee, FL; Lorie (David) Marshburn of Fredericksburg, VA; Valerie (David) Henry of Millington; Charlotte Scott of Memphis; and Allan (Donna) Brown of Senatobia, MS; 13 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; and brother, James Brown of Dyersburg. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Sunday, February 2, 2014 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. Funeral services will be Monday, February 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
