Cathy Lynn Stafford ,71, of Millington went to be with the Lord on October 16, 2023 at her residence in Millington, TN.  She was born August 27, 1952 to Thomas and Pauline Marler McGee.

Cathy was a member of the Assembly of God Church and was employed as a Bookkeeper/Actuary.  She was a devoted mother and grandmother who spent her life attending every sporting event or club event of her 3 boys and 5 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father; Thomas McGee, and a son; Jeffrey Stafford.

Cathy is survived by her mother Pauline McGee of Millington, TN., son; Kevin Stafford (Carrie) of Knoxville, TN, and Robert Stafford (Courtney) of Millington, TN., Sisters; Beverly Moranville (Doran) of Atoka, TN..  She was known as Mia to her grandchildren; Gracie Crandall, Noah Hiles, Paul Stafford, Ema-Leigh Stafford, and Ethan Stafford. Her nieces and nephews knew her as Aunt Cathy.

A gathering of family and friends will be held Monday October 23, 2023 beginning at 9:00  AM at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery, 6755 HWY 51 N. Millington, TN 38053.  A celebration of life service will follow at 10:00 AM  in the chapel of Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.
