Carolyn A. O'Neal, 60, of Millington, TN, died March 31, 2009. She is survived by her loving partner, Gene O''Neal; three daughters, Terri O''Neal, Kathy Smith and Mary Ann O''Neal; one sister, Donna Ray; one brother, Barney Castellaw; three grandchildren, Kara and Kimberly Smith and Preston O''Neal.
