Carolyn Beene, real estate broker for over 25 years passed away at her home on Thursday, May 1, 2008. She was born in Calhoun City, MS, on January 22, 1933. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles Arlen Beene and her son Paul David Howell. She leaves behind four children; Judy Sulton White (Lavon), Donnie Howell, Gina Beene Moore (Michael), and Charles "Bubba" Beene (Bibi). She also leaves ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May, 5, at 2:00pm, at West Union Cumberland Presbyterian Church in the Family Life Center, located at 3099 West Union. The family asks that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the charity of choice.
