Carlye W. "Bart" Williams, 85, died Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his Hernando, Mississippi residence. Mr. Williams was a WWII Army Veteran and a retired Cotton-Picker Painter for International Harvester. He was a Christian who loved fishing, gardening, camping and "tinkering" and fixing just about anything. Mr Williams is survived by his wife of 62 years, Faye Williams; four children, Janet Riddle of Hernando; Patricia Young (Jimmy) of Millington; and the twins, Jerry Williams (Vicki) of Millington; and Terry Burkhardt (Kenneth) of Memphis, seven grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and his brother, Grady Lee Williams of Booneville, MS. He was preceded in death by his brothers Luther Williams of Ashland, MS; and Kyle Williams of Booneville, MS. The family will receive friends at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home on Monday, June 24, 2013 from 11:00 - 2:00 p.m. Funeral services begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will be at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
