Buthene Wineland Sampuda, 89, of Millington, TN died October 16, 2014.
She was born November 3, 1924 in Columbia City, IN, the daughter of Clair and Grace N. (Braddock) Wineland.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George Sampuda, Jr.; infant twins, Thomas and Ann Sampuda, and sister, Darlene Wineland Goodrich.
Survived by a son, George C. Sampuda (Carla); three grandchildren; four great grandchildren; and a brother, Donald C. Wineland.
In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be sent to St. William Catholic Church, 4932 Easley Street, Millington, TN 38053.
Service is 11:15 am Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at St. William Catholic Church in Millington, TN
