Bobbie was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was a life long resident of Memphis, TN and was loved by everyone that she met. Bobbie and William were married for 38 years and they had a hard but loving life together.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her loving husband, William Palmer, her father, Thomas Rast and mother, Allie Sue Lawrence. She leaves behind to cherish her memory three sons, Tommy Nichols, William Palmer, Jr., and Ronald Palmer; three daughters, Tammie Gibson, Lisa Palmer and Vicki Gillispie; 13 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; also two brothers, Willie and Jimmy Simer and two sisters, Sarah Swindle and Rosemary Camp.
