Billy G. Biggs, 76, of Arlington, TN passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019.  Mr. Biggs was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Flora Biggs; and sisters, Carolyn and Judy Biggs.  He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Frances Howell Biggs; daughters:  Jennifer Chapman, Carrie Payne(David), and Andrea Peppers (Richard); grandchildren: Madison Harris (Shane), Austin Chapman, Logan Payne, Bryce Peppers, and Braden Peppers; great-grandchildren, Riley and Reed Harris; brother, Barry Biggs; and sister, Barbara Chapman.  Mr. Biggs was a loving husband and father.  His hobbies included playing his guitar and fishing.  He was an avid University of Tennessee Volunteers fan.  He and his wife attended Rosemark Full Gospel Church.  The family will receive friends for a time of visitation on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm.  A funeral service will be held at 12:00 pm on Friday, February 15, 2019.  All services and interment will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home.
