Bill Sulcer- Age 88 of Millington, TN went to be with the Lord on January 25, 2018 surrounded by his family. He is survived by his sister, Ellen Sulcer Owens; brother, Jimmy Sulcer; 2 nieces, Susie Smith and Karen Hambick; 2 nephews Mark Owens and Wayne Sulcer and many great nieces and nephews.  Visitation will be Monday, January 29 from 10am-11am with the funeral service at 11am.
