Bettye Louise Gupton, 66, of Covington, TN went to be with the Lord Thursday, August 23, 2018. Ms. Gupton was preceded in death by her mother, Bettye M. Gupton. She is survived by her father, Earl G. Gupton; sister, Janet M. Boggs; brother, Louis Glenn Gupton(JoAnn); nephew, Matthew Pinckard; great nephew, Cooper L. Wood; nieces: Heather Pinckard(Scott), Ashley Harrington, and Samantha Wood; great-nieces: Taylor Pinckard, Elena Harrington, and Addison Wood. Ms. Gupton retired as an RN after more than 30 years of service at the VA Hospital in Memphis. She was a member of Brighton Baptist Church. A visitation will be held Monday, August 27, 2018 from 12-1 pm with a funeral service to follow at 1:00. All services and interment will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home and Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family requests and memorials be made to any animal rescue of your choice.
