Betty Jo McOwen 92, passed away peacefully on July 11, 2021. She was a devoted daughter, wife, and mother. Her favorite thing to do was spending time with family. Also, she loved baking, crossword puzzles, and reading, especially her Bible.

Betty was born on July 22, 1928 in Blytheville, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her parents Cadis E. Martin and Herman R. Duncan, siblings Anne Valasquez, Herman "Blue" Duncan, Phillip Duncan, and Linda Cochran.

She is survived by her sister, Elaine Comer, her daughters Sheila Romine and Cynthia Dodds, her grandchildren Casey Romine, Matthew Romine, and Lauren Dodds, and her great grandchildren Angelina Romine, Sarah Romine, and Peter Romine.

Services will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery 6755 Hwy. 51 North Millington, Tennessee on July 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.
