Barbara Jean LaComb Herndon, 68, died Friday, January 30, 2015 surrounded by her loving family, at her daughter''s Millington residence. She spent her life iinvesting in both her family and her faith. Mrs. Herdon was a member of Lucy Baptist Church and participated in both choir and Sunday School. She is survived by her daughter, Leslie Orman of Millington; son-in-law, Kirk Orman; grandchildren, Austin Orman; and Allison Orman; her mother, Irene Poindexter all of Millington; and her brother, Ricky Milam; sister-in-law, Linda Milam both of Pittsburg, TX. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Archie LaComb Jr.; and James Herndon; father, R. C. Milam; and sister, Rita George. The family will receive friends at Lucy Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from 12:00 -2:00. Funeral Services will be at Lucy Baptist Church on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at 2:00.
