Barbara Katherine Faulkner

September 24, 1929 – April 1, 2021

On Thursday, April 1st, 2021, Barbara Katherine Faulkner, 91 of Millington, TN passed away peacefully in her home surrounded by family.

She was born to the late Jesse E and Beatrice Mize in Tyronza, Arkansas on Sept 24, 1929

On June 24th, 1947, she married the love of her life, J.C. Faulkner.

Barbara loved playing bingo, collecting dolls, making ceramics, and bowling. The latter of which she won trophies for, which she would gladly show off. She loved many things in her life, but none of them came close to how much she cared about her family.

Barbara was preceded in passing by her husband, J.C. Faulkner, her brother Bill Mize; and her sisters Virginia Ann Lumpkin and Marjorie Davis

She is survived by her four children, Danny Faulkner, Rebecca Faulkner, Teresa Mallett (Danny), Terry Faulkner (Wendy), her five grandchildren Beau Mallett, Brooke Hauk, Blane Mallett, Shelby Faulkner, Jonathan Faulkner, and seven great-grandchildren.

On Wednesday, April 7th, 2021, a funeral service will be held at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery in Millington, TN. Visitation will start at 10 am, and service will follow at 11.
