Aubrey Jackson Whitlow of Smyrna, TN passed away on Friday morning, April 25, 2014 at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna. He was born in Poinsett County, Arkansas on March 12, 1924. Mr. Whitlow was a retiree of Firestone in Memphis, where he was a longtime employee. He enjoyed billiards, bowling, and solving word search puzzles. Mr. Whitlow was a member of Frayser Baptist Church in Memphis, TN since 1958. Aubrey is survived by his wife, Ollie E. Whitlow; son Neil Whitlow; sister Mary Ann Highland; and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Whitlow was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters Brenda Gail Whitlow and Barbara Ann Martz; his brothers Robert L. Whitlow Sr. and Billie Ray Whitlow; and his sister Doris Lee Highland. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions honoring Aubrey may be made to Frayser Baptist Church, Memphis, TN.
