Arnold Scroggins, born September 22, 1921, passed away Saturday, March 10 at his daughter's home in Millington, TN.  He worked at International Harvester, and was in the Army where he served in WWII.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing and his family, especially his grandchildren.  He was also a wonderful storyteller.  He leaves behind his wife of 73, Joyce Scroggins; his daughter, Diane Nearn (Willie-deceased); son, Norman Scroggins (Kathy); 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren and 1 great great-grandchild.  He preceded his parents, Garfield and Bertha Watkins Scroggins; his brother, Alvin Scroggins; sister, Hazel Blaylock and granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn Scroggins.  Viewing will be Tuesday, March 13 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with the funeral service beginning at 1:00 pm.  Interment to follow with Danny Nearn, Billy Nearn, Brandon Stubblefield, Austin Brenner, Troy Walls, David Wilson and Chris Golden will serve as pallbearer.
