Annie Beatrice Peacock went home to be with the Lord Sunday, August 9, 2020 at the age of 93 . She was born in Mississippi and worked at Grenada Mills until she married Nelson Peacock. She was a long time Memphis resident and was a churc h member of Crossroads Baptist C hurch. Annie enjoyed fixing peoples hair , making ceramic dolls, and crocheting. She was living in Foxbridge Assisted Living for the last 8 months with Alzheimer's w here she passed away peacefully from natural causes. Annie was preceded in death by her husband Nelson Peacock, and her daughter Nel l Barton , and her grand daughter Shelly Smith , brother Richard Carter, and sist er Emma Lee Walls. Annie leaves behind her beloved children Sandra Mays (Bill), Cynthia Marr ow (Larry) , and Rhonda Marrow (Joe), and her g randchildren Mark Mays, Matt Mays, Jack Shannon Schweitzer III , Christopher Schweitzer, Dillon Marrow, Evan Marrow, Joshua Marrow, Rebekah Kelly, Samantha Barton , Sammy Joe Barton, Garland Thurston, many great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren. She also leaves a brother Jack Carter, and a sister Marie Thacker and many friends.
