Amber Dawn Carlsen, 39, of Dyersburg, TN, passed away peacefully in prayer, on April 29, 2026. She was born in Norfolk, VA, on August 02, 1986, to parents James and Kelly Carlsen. Amber was loved by all that knew her. She attended West Union Cumberland Church and was an active member until she could no longer attend. Amber loved music! What she loved the most was spending time with her precious son, in which she loved every single minute. Amber is preceded in death by her parents Kelly and James, her brother, Jason, as well as her grandparents Linda and Larry Davenport, James and Jannette Carlsen. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving son, Andrew Carlsen, her aunts, Catherine Mabe and Sandra Boyd, her uncle Lee Triplett, and a host of cousins and friends. Amber will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America.
