Allen Richard "Ricky" Hamilton, Jr. Passed away on April 5, 2024 at Methodist North Hospital after a short illness. He was born on August 22, 1957.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Treva Coleman, Hamilton and his brother Russell Hamilton.

Ricky is survived by his father, Allen Richard "Whit" Hamilton, Sr. and his adopted family Buddy Waddell and Tavarus T. Conway.

Ricky always loved dogs and he leaves behind his canine companion, Cody. Ricky graduated from Millington Central high school. He excelled at baseball through his younger years and high school. Ricky was a lover of all sports. His favorite teams were the St. Louis Cardinals, the New Orleans Saints, and Jeff Gordon of NASCAR. He was also an avid golfer. He retired from Dupont where he worked as a Control Room Operator in the Power House .

Family and Friends will gather from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM Thursday April 11, 2024 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home 6755 HWY 51 N. Millington, TN 38053.  A Celebration of Life service will follow in the Chapel at 2:00 PM.  Interment will be held privately at Northridge Woodhaven Cemetery.
