Alice J. Scheiwer, 86, of Millington passed away December 5, 2015 at home.

She was a proud mother, grandmother, and Navy wife. She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard Stinnett and Ethel Oliver; husband, John "Jake" Scheiwer, and brother, Charles.

She is survived by daughter, Linda MacGregor; son, John Scheiwer, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Christel Scheiwer; three granddaughters; six great grandchildren; brother, Albert (Margaret) Stinnett, and sister, Peggy (James) Baker.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer''s Association.

Vistation will be 6 - 8 pm Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Northridge Woodhaven Funeral Home, Millington. Funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at the funeral home.
