Addah Sue Higgins, 92, of Millington, TN, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2026. She was born in Henderson, TN, on November 03, 1933, to parents Brodie and Utah Lofton. Sue married the love of her life Plummer Elvise Higgins on July 08, 1949, in Hernando, MS, and from that union two wonderful children were born. She was a member of First Baptist Millington and was a member to the Millington Chapter of the Eastern Star. Sue loved working in her yard, she took pride in making sure that no grass was left untouched, no flower that would not bloom. She enjoyed reading and watching a good television show or movie. Sue is preceded in death by her parents Brodie and Utah, her loving husband Elvise, her son Van Higgins, a grandson Jonny Hall, as well as a great grandson Trip Hall. She is also preceded in death by her siblings: Carmen Lofton, Joyce Scroggins, Yvonne Dilley, Orman Lofton, Harold Lofton, Elmo Lofton, and Avle Lofton. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughter Deborah Hall, as well as 3 grandchildren: Vanice Page, Vallorie DelaCruz, Michelle Greganti, and 6 great grandchildren. Sue will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss her more than words can express.
