Aaron Hardin, 61, of Memphis, TN, passed away surrounded by love on Tuesday, June 09, 2026. He was born in Lula, MS, on November 25, 1964. After graduating high school he enlisted in the United States Army, during his time in the military, he fell in love with his first wife Nona Leflore. From that union, he gained a child that he loved dearly Petey, and created four more children of his own. Aaron was loved by all that knew him. He was always labeled the "life of the party," and one of the most kindest people you'd meet. To know Aaron, is to love him. He was known as a ladies man as well as a jokester. Being the center of attention in large crowds or just sticking out like a sore thumb, you simply could not ignore, nor deny his lively presence. Aaron made everyone feel like there were family. All of our friends grew to love him as their father and he treated and loved them as his children as well. He loved listening to blues, dancing, and enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren: that is the one thing he loved the most! Aaron is preceded in death by his mother Mae Ola McMahan, his wife Nona Leflore, as well as Freddie Hardin, Dantelle McMahan, Alfonzo McMahan Sr., Amanda McMahan, and William McMahan. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his children: Kristy Douglas (Cedric), Adrianne Hardin, Andrea Hardin, Erin Leflore, and Aaron Leflore (Darylleshia), his grandchildren: Mya Hardin, Harreon Hardin, Timothy K. Calhoun, Jeremiah Calhoun, Harmony Hardin, Tracviel Hardin, Bethany Douglas, and Aaron Leflore Jr. He is also survived by his siblings: Carolyn McMahan Jones (Mark), Eric McMahan, West McMahan, Shearon Hardin Degraffe, Marquis McMahan. Aaron will forever be in our hearts, and we will miss him more than words can express.
